Two little blue birds, were taking a rest,
Up so very high, in their little nest,
High on the rooftop, on a chimney stack,
If they ever leave, they soon come back.
So warm and toasty, when fire is lit,
In the windy days, moves quite a bit.
Two little blue birds, up in their nest,
Up so very high, place they think best.
Look down from rooftop, to see all around,
They show they're happy, with their bird-sound.
The summer stays cool, being up so high,
A nest you find, so near the sky.
