You work real hard, make it just right,
The card you created, through till the night.
Made up a verse, made it to rhyme,
Looks like the best, you made this time.

Ready to now go, addressed it just right,
The card you made, soon out of sight,
From the red box, then a post van,
Will arrive real soon, by the post-man.

Letter-box it comes, through the front door,
The card you made, drops to the floor.
Friend will now see, for them its made,
Verse that bring's smiles, that will never fade.
