Summer Solstice

A small donation will help to keep my poetry FREE!

When the sun stands still.

The longest day, and shortest night,
Cold days of winter, now out of sight.
The sun at its strongest high and still,
Stonehenge besieged upon the hill.

Beautiful flowers, and warmth of the sun,
Glory for all from the old to the young.
Enter summer, and exit spring,
Let the summer, solstice begin.
